1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and terong123 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") with respect to your access to and use of the terong123 website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

terong123 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Our platform offers a range of products including, but not limited to, live casino games, sports betting, slot games, lottery, fishing games, and crash games.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player to access the Services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free wager, cashback, or other incentive offered by terong123 to eligible Players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Operator to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered funds returned to players over time for a given game.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus must be wagered before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Section 7 of these Terms that is not permitted on the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with terong123, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• 3.1 You are at least 21 years of age;
• 3.2 You are a human individual and not a corporation, trust, or automated entity;
• 3.3 You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• 3.4 You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your country or jurisdiction of residence;
• 3.5 You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of terong123, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• 3.6 You do not have an existing Account with terong123 (whether active, suspended, or closed);
• 3.7 You have not previously been self-excluded from terong123 or placed on a voluntary or mandatory exclusion list;
• 3.8 You are not on any sanctions list or designated as a politically exposed person (PEP) that would prohibit us from providing services to you.

terong123 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to promptly update any information that changes over the course of your membership.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account with terong123. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. In the event duplicate accounts are identified, terong123 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You agree to notify terong123 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. terong123 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

4.4 KYC Verification

terong123 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

terong123 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The availability of specific payment methods may vary.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is RM10. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you are depositing via cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent MYR value will be credited based on the exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

terong123 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timelines are targets and not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed if additional KYC verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. You must complete all applicable KYC requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. terong123 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by terong123 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity periods are specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

terong123 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically wagering on low-margin or excluded games to clear a wagering requirement, placing offsetting bets to exploit promotional terms, and any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine engagement. terong123 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts where abuse is detected.

6.4 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus

Players depositing via supported cryptocurrency methods may be eligible for an additional 2% deposit bonus, subject to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit and applicable wagering requirements. Full terms are available on the promotions page. 21+ only.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

terong123 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• 7.1 Use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform;
• 7.2 Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• 7.3 Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be void;
• 7.4 Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit price discrepancies between terong123 and other bookmakers;
• 7.5 Match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting competitions;
• 7.6 Money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform;
• 7.7 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information;
• 7.8 Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.

terong123 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Players found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their accounts immediately suspended, balances forfeited, and relevant information shared with authorities.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

terong123 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds or on markets where we have reason to believe integrity has been compromised. Bets are only accepted when confirmed by the system — verbal confirmations or screenshots of pre-confirmation screens are not valid.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and all other covered events — are governed by the specific sports rules published on the Platform. In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or curtailment, settlement rules applicable to each sport will apply.

8.3 Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed accuracy. terong123 shall not be held liable for bets placed on the basis of delayed or inaccurate live data. We reserve the right to void live bets where manifest data errors are identified.

8.4 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, and other titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) or are operated by live studio dealers. Malfunctions in game software shall void all related plays and stakes will be returned. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

terong123 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event across certain game types or markets. These limits are published in the relevant game or market rules. Any winnings exceeding published maximum payout limits may be reduced to the applicable cap.

9. Responsible Gambling

• Session time reminders and cooling-off periods;

11. Limitation of Liability

Without limiting the foregoing, terong123 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from network interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Errors or omissions in game software provided by third-party studios;
• Losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform — you accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds you deposit.

Nothing in these Terms limits terong123's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification.

12.2 Termination or Suspension by terong123

terong123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• We are required to do so by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In the event of termination for breach, terong123 may void outstanding bets, forfeit bonus balances, and in cases of confirmed fraud, forfeit real-money balances to the extent permitted by law.

13. Amendments to Terms

terong123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any changes to these Terms, you should cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange Account closure.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the terong123 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which terong123 is incorporated and licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
